Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs, or force majeure. Mur Mur Creations is not responsible for external delays once the package is transferred to the carrier.
For orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to personalized or made-to-order products.
Because all Mur Mur products are manufactured individually upon purchase, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

9.2 Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must:
