All Mur Mur Creations products are made to order.
Due to the nature of 3D printing and handcrafted production, minor variations in texture, color, or finish may occur and are considered normal characteristics of the product.
Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the final product.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of products from Mur Mur Creations.

Mur Mur Creations sells decorative lighting products, including 3D-printed lamps, lighting objects, decorative wall lights, and wireless rechargeable lamps.
All products are produced after the order is placed.
Estimated production time: 10–14 business days before shipping.
Mur Mur Creations currently ships within Europe only.
All prices displayed on the website are final prices including applicable taxes (VAT) where required by law.
Mur Mur Creations reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the price applied to an order will always be the one displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through:

Klarna (where available)
Mur Mur Creations does not store payment information.
Orders are shipped using DHL or other courier services.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Mur Mur Creations is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.
In the event that a shipment is lost in transit, customers should contact hello@murmurcreations.es. Mur Mur Creations will work with the courier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Because all Mur Mur Creations products are made to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, which excludes goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Returns are not accepted except in the following cases:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact hello@murmurcreations.es within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund, at the discretion of Mur Mur Creations.
Mur Mur Creations products are covered by the legal guarantee applicable under EU consumer law, which provides a minimum 2-year guarantee from the date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Misuse or improper handling
Improper installation
Normal wear and tear
